The Session

We'll meet for 50 minutes individually or 60 minutes for couples to discuss your current reason(s) for coming into therapy. I use empathy, constructive listening and feedback combined with theory to provide established clinical support. We'll use the session(s) to understand the best way to help you out. If you've been in therapy, then we are able to discuss the work you were doing and continue to deal with your needs.

The Delivery

My goal is to help you tackle difficult issues, inform and support you to move past barriers that take pleasure out of your every day life. Delivery draws from; talk therapy, movement, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, creative visualization, inner-child work and motivational techniques. These tools are used to help bring understanding and change to barriers and defenses which get in the way of your growth and satisfaction. My goal is to understand your current challenges and deliver support in a way that empowers you and provides real tools you can take with you. 

​I provide sessions either in my office or  via phone and virtual sessions with many platforms.

The Focus

I have particular experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem as well as sexual orientation. I also have experience with anger management, grief and loss. Couples therapy is of particular interest. I've also included Body Movement Therapy to my traditional training in psychotherapy as well as Exceptional Marriage techniques. I am also very passionate about 'Inner Child' work which helps greatly with forming a bond with ourselves. I can help you become your best ally rather than being co-dependent with others in bad relationships that don't feel good or are stuck.
